Will I need a new SD card?

Only if you want an sd card that is switch ready. If not just backup your files and install linux. You will have to put your switch files back on when you want to use it normally.

You can boot into RCM one time with a jig and then install autoRCM, so your switch will boot into RCM automatically.

I tried to boot rcm using hetake but it doesn't seem to work. It works only with fusee. Any ideeas why?

You don't boot RCM with hekate. You enter RCM with either a jig or autoRCM and inject hekate afterwards.

How do I do that with Atmosphere? Let's say I enter atmosphere. How do I boot hekate. Also. If I am already in Hekate. How do I go back from hekate to rcm ?

You could set hekate as reboot payload. If you are in Atmosphere and set hekate as reboot payload, you simply reboot the console and you will end in hekate.

Just rename the hekate payload bin to "reboot_payload.bin" and replace it with the one at "SD://atmosphere/".

Hekate should also allow you to uninstall it. How autoRCM works.
