ROM Hack NOOB: Enable Layeredfs

Hello All,

I'm trying to run mods on Mario Kart 8 and I have no idea how to enable Layeredfs I followed tutorials and made the title key folder and put the mods in there but when I boot the game nothing is modded. Any help would be awesome!!

What firmware/CFW are you running? My 3.0.0 switch will not run layeredfs but my 6.1 switch runs BotW linkle mod just fine for some reason
