The Nokia N97 aint that bad but I was surprised at what GLOBE PH has done to advertised the Nokia N97.

That's a used phone. It would be nice of them to give you a warranty or a return option, but it's used electronics and it's too big a risk. They can't be sure returns and servicing of faulty units won't eat up all their profit and leave them with a loss in the end, so they don't give a warranty.

Why on earth they are selling used phones in the first place? I can easily buy a brand new one for php 1,000 more.

Nokia is just doing its slogan - CONNECTING PEOPLE. So there's nothing to say bad things about them
