On saturday my girldfriend works and I don't. So I make shopping and grocery during thay day. Going from malls to shops, I come accross 4 McDonald and 1 Best Buy. I get easy 10 SP in the morning, I check them while I lunch before continuing during the afternoon and I get 10 more SP. Along with me I bring my gf daughter's 3DS and her friend's 3DS to, (yes, in fact I do have to get 30 frame tiles and MiiQuest for the girls SP to when I eat).

But not this weekend. None. 0.

Did it happened to anyone else ??

It happens. It usually depends on the relay location, and not on Nintendo's end. 9 times out of ten the location isn't even aware that the general fix is just to reset their router.

If they aren't getting complaints from the laptop crowd being unable to connect, they don't care.

The problem still occurs. I went by my regular McDonald and 2 others I never went. No StreetPass.

There is another option. Disable Streetpass for the Plaza, then disable the Streetpass for another game. Re-enable the plaza, then the other game. (Swapnote, being effectively useless, is great for the second game)

There is a bug that's been around for a while that affects the last game used and borks Streetpass for it. Nintendo's forums have reports of it, but nothing's been done about it yet. By disabling and re-enabling you effectively transfer the bug to Swapnote to restore functionality.
