Hacking no shop channel

I have 4.2 installed ad wanko's rev 19 installed base 37 249 , and herms v4 if that helps any..
I can't get into the shop channel to add points. it says i need an update the shop channel. I thought
i would try to do it and came up with error 32017. I tried it a few times last few hrs jut n case nintendo
was doing what ever. Or is it something i have installed that is blocking it? i also have bootmii installed too.

any insight?

dop-ios mod there you can update it... But you can also download the wiiware and install it as wad

in drop iso it gives the option to update shop channel if i run it? like i mean in a separate menu or section?
sorry for being dumb but want to be sure.. what version to use ? there i so many.
