Hacking Question No Nintendo Logo after using ChoiDujourNX to update.

Hey everyone, today I tried to update my 4.1.0(FAT32 microSD) FW on my Switch to 6.1.0(exFAT).

However after the update and reboot, I inject the payload and the Switch boots up to ReiNX, but nothing else afterwards.

Is there a way to fix/troubleshoot this? or is this Switch bricked?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Some things to note:
AutoRCM was enabled before I rebooted.
TegraRCM detects the Switch when I place it in RCM mode.

UPDATE: I was able to boot the Switch into RCM with Hekate payload and launch the CFW(which I'm guessing is Atmosphere), does this mean it this issue has something to do with my ReiNX?
I'm pretty sure I have the most updated one though.

I faced a same issue with ReiNx after 6.2.0 you can try updating ReiNx but that didn't fix it for me so I switched to atmosphere and have had no problems since

You can go to this site and customize your cfw selection. I always go here since it can fetch the latest Homebrew files as well as the cfw.

you need to erase old reinx files from sd card including all payloads from PC.
use latest reinx files from github and latest payload
again
redowload from github and erase all reinx files including old payloads from pc
