I am writing from the web store. Please accept our apology for the delays in shipments. We were shipping out parcels but some were shipped without a tracking number and it has created too many problems especially when the postal services are already having issues and delays with deliveries. Especially for orders from specific countries. Also, as a secondary problem, the contact form on the website was there, but due to repeated spam attack on the server, the hosting company kept shutting down / pausing the outgoing email server. Each time we resolved it, the spammers attack again. We have fixed this now (thankfully) and are going through all of the order emails to which we already replied, but we don't know which customers actually received the reply or not. While this is a combination of issues, sadly, they both have been going on at the same time. When you receive a new reply from us, you will notice is no longer coming from @ezflash domain because of these issues. It was the only way we can correct this in case the spamming attacks start again.
Please accept my apologies. We are not here to take any customer money and delay shipments or packages because we appreciate any and all orders. I know there are many stores that you can purchase from, and you chose ours and it is our job to make sure you receive the best service possible.
I will do my best to help everyone directly here if possible, but to protect any and all customer data, please DO NOT send any order details or contact details in a public forum. Please send a private message here and if you have it, please send your order number. If you do not have your order number, please send your full name and the email address you used to place an order.
What we have been doing is re-sending any package which we can not show as delivered. We are here to help and to make sure this is resolved and everyone receives their orders. Anyone who has been affected, we will refund the shipping cost on your order for you because you should not have to pay for any shipping if the package is delayed or did not arrive.
We are thankful to the EZ Flash team to contact us to let us know of these issues. Believe it or not, we were not registered on this website.
