No music sync

Hi! I'm trying to sync my music from my pc to my iphone 5 but it just won't work! I have restarted my pc and I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes, but it still won't work! I have also googled the matter but found nothing helpfull..
I would be very happy if you would help my if you know what to do!

In iTunes, while your phone is connected, click the name of your phone on the sidebar. Click the Music button at the top. If "Sync Music" isn't checked, check it, then Sync your phone.

If that doesn't fix it, then your music files may in in the wrong format.

Nope still does not work. I tried to change the file type from mp3 to m4a as the songs that I´ve bought are, that did not work either..
