Yeah i saw that topic, i just meant that people giving out links to the guys hack shouldn't be a problem if they give credit unless a rom is included.

Yh i see your point, but there was a rom and the guy said that he edited all the trainers, text etc. When it was an exact copy of the Original beta with 2 overworld sprites slightly darkened. No credit was included

Claim Copyright, and obviously you didn't consult with people there to remove those things who weren't creditted for, so your argument is invalid

I haven't checked any threads for this hack, but i'm willing to bet it lets you catch 649 pokemon, removes all the trade evolutions, and raises the levels of the gym leaders, trainers and wild pokemon. Am I right, or am I right?

Seriously, stop thinking your hack is so original. Every B/W hack is basically the same damn game with a few minor details changed. Especially the ones that have the words Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald or Hoenn in the name.
