Gaming No More Heroes Red Zone missing DLC

No More Heroes for the PS3 had three releases:

• The original "Heroes Paradise" in Japan
• The NA and EU version, which had a bunch of fixes and Move support
• And then that version was released back in Japan as "Red Zone"

The NA and EU version had a bunch of DLC, which was sold on PSN.
But that same DLC for the JP "Red Zone" version was only available to download for people who bought the first print of that version.
You couldn't buy it from PSN, so there was never a store page.

There's a directory in the CDN (/cdn/JP0507/BLJS10114_00/) where the DLC might be, but is there a way to find out the filenames of the pkgs?
