Or maybe it's a scam and then when they buy it, people will start wondering how to put the disc inside the DS. Then Gamestop will give a no return policy.

It's probably because the sequel for NMH is called No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle. Which when shortened, comes up as NMH: DS.
