here some help editing save. you need to backup save first using jksv , edizon or any other save backup app on switch. transfer save to pc. open save using a hex editor. all saves are combined into one file and values are not fixed addresses so you have to use search to find stuff.
money is underlined orange and wesn is underlined blue the values are in little endian ( money is 9961199 in hex that's 97 FE EF)
search for DeathGlobeChipReward the highlighted section what you edit to unlock all chips
search for JunkPartsRewardArray the highlighted section what you edit. if you haven't found a particular material it will still show as ???? in deathglove section but when you found one you will get the amount you set it to.also all materials seem to only update to new values when you gain one.
it should also be possible to search for stuff you have to find for missions like scorpions and kittens and change those values
