Homebrew Question no homebrew when opening albums

i went through the process of getting homebrew on my switch using RCM injection (i'm on 5.1.0)
everything went without a hitch, but now that i've booted through the RCM menu after selecting CFW, when i open albums, it just shows my picutres and doesn't pull up homebrew.
i put all the files on my sd card that were needed but idk why it's not working.
if someone who knows can help that'd be great!

If you have the latest SDfiles by tomGER you will need to hold R to load into the homebrew channel

sometimes the atmosphere folder does not have the patches replace the atmosphere folder with a new one that should fix it.

How do you open album on reinx cfw?
If I don't press any button, it always opens the homebrew...
