Homebrew NO$GBA english?

I've got a question... With the NO$GBA emulator I know you can change the language to English and you can change you're name, but is there a way you can save those setting? So it stays that way even when you close out of the emulator? Another question... Is there going to be a way to boot a game from the DS menu? Whenever I do it says "The ROM image has crashed"

you would need real DS bios and firmware, but no$ can't change teh value permanently. but you can alter it using a hex editor or any utility (read this post and browse an app posted on comment)

I've got the firmware and BIOS files directly from my DS and I can boot both encrypted and nonencrypted roms. It doesn't really matter, at least not as far as I can tell.
