Yes, I have those 3 files required to play NDS roms, however, when booting up MPH(U) it says :

The data could not be read.

Turn off the power and reinsert the DS game card.

Same goes for YGO WC 2007, only the error message is in japanese.

Enlighten me.

enter the options, emulation setup and change "NDS Cartridge Backup Media" to Flash 256KBytes

Yeah because the save type is wrong to the some games that wont do anything. Make sure the save type is correct to the some games and it will save.
