I have very little free space on the atmosphere, but a lot of free space on the stock (non-SD) card, now I can't create saves in the atmosphere, what should I do?

You will need a bigger SD card, or to reboot to Original Firmware to play some of your games off the internal storage.
when I go into the atmosphere it tells me that the internal memory is not free, but if I go into stock it says that there are 30 GB free on the internal memory

Для Atmosphere требуется карта SD, это не связано с внутренним хранилищем. Все, что является microSD на 64 ГБ или больше, должно подойти
I have a SD card in the switch

It sounds like you installed too much to emuMMC's 30GB "Internal Storage" (which is actually an emulated "internal storage" on the SD card). You normally want to save that space for saves and not fill it up with games.

No, I don't have anything there at all

Why is my quote in Russian? lol

Anyway. Pictures please, so we can better understand what you're referring to. Show us free space of sysMMC, emuMMC, and SD card. It certainly sounds like you're installing to emuMMC's emulated "internal storage" instead of to "SD card".

sounds like you are using an emummc and you are not using that space, if your sd card partition is filling up you need a larger card.

Exactly. Sounds like they've installed too much to the place where saves go which is the emulated "internal storage" when on emuMMC.

Which ‘there’ do you mean? Your first post said you had little space ‘on the atmosphere’, by which we assumed you mean Atmosphere’s ‘internal memory’ that is actually part of the SD card:

When you installed Atmosphere, you created an ‘emuNAND’ / ‘emuMMC’, which contains a copy of what you had on your internal storage when you took the backup. After this, the official internal storage and the copy on the SD card (which is what Atmosphere shows as internal storage) are completely separate (this is how OFW and CFW report different amounts of free space).

When you install things, you appear to have a choice of location (SD or NAND), but actually these are two locations on the SD card. Nothing will happen to the real internal storage until you reboot to OFW. If you want to free up space on the CFW ‘internal storage’, move some games from it to the SD card (which really means moving them to a different part of the SD).

If you really have no space on any part of the SD card, you would need to do as I suggested and get a bigger SD or play some games in OFW where you have free space. Or uninstall some games (from the menu you get when you press ‘+’). This does not necessarily delete the save data - the system should tell you this - so you can reinstall them later and continue from where you left off.
