Homebrew NNID on CFW?

So, i have a 3ds with an 11.0 EmuNAND version, it is safe to create a NNID and use Miiverse normaly? Like, there is a chance to get some CIAs deleted or something like that if i do that? My Sysnand and Emunand are unlinked. Sorry for the bad english :s

The Nintendo network id is only for using the miiverse and playing online games as well as downloading games from eshop, Nothing can deleted from your system but as long as you don't do anything silly like post pictures of a game that isn't avaible on the system. romhacks homebrew tools games or emulators on the miiverse then no don't worry about that.

I use the Emunand without homebrew and cias for link my NNID and Sysnand with A9LH for Cias and more without use Eshop, Miiverse, any server of nintendo (including Mii plaza), all this for precaution hahaha

If you create a NNID, don't use the eShop for updating.

Note that you can still use for example CIAngel to update.
