NMM Compiler is a easy method to compile NMM, but it's only for Windows users...

Features:

-Can download needed files!
-Can delete compiled files (only if user wants that)
-Can install NMM on Emulated NAND
-Can build a custom BC (with NMM integrated)
-...Very easy to use!

Changelog:
v0.9
-Now the download method is online
-100% compatible with future release

v0.8
-Now it is REALLY compatible with all future releases

Maybe an "undo" wad could be made to restore another mios....

This would encourage more people to try it knowing that could put things back if they change their mind.

There are a few other batch jobs that can be thrown in quite easy, there are some save tools about that could help with the converting/moving of saves

There are 4 hb apps that handle saves, they all have specific hardcoded paths (so 4 total for most people) iirc ... ctr-gcs, MCBACKUP, GCSAVES, gc_saves
Most homebrew uses.gci save files but this requires GAMEID.raw and moving to the /saves folder required.

There are some other things you can do using the id6 of the gc game too...

It would be good if someone started a wiki page... (I wont cause wiki editing scares me)

Anyway great stuff imho anyone releasing tools that help people do the boring jobs is great

this is a cBC, not a cMIOS. So to restore the standard BC (ie. uninstall NMM), one would just need to reinstall the standard BC wad, available from ModMii's download page 1 (also available via nusd.exe or nus downloader)

the same applies for a cMIOS, to restore the standard MIOS, just install MIOSv10 available from ModMii's download page 1 (also available via nusd.exe or nus downloader, or dop-mii, or mmm, or wiimod, etc.)

Hey.....

Looking back at my post there is no edit(I re-edit 50 times on most posts) so you knew there was a typo somewhere

But, yeah ^what he said bc wad

just use wiininja's nusd.exe to download files from NUS, like ModMii does. And u can use wget (if you're not already) to download crediar's files directly from the source
I'm already using wget but it's a bit more difficult use nusd + wget...I'll find a way in v0.5
wink2.gif

nusd does not create app files...
Let's use WadMii...

WORKS!
Uploading v0.5...

yes it does, the files are just missing the *.app extension

also, u can always use wadmii.exe to unpack wads anyways

TBH, ModMii is going to have support for this really soon, so feel free to continue working on this... but prolly not much point once its added to ModMii... I don't mean to discourage u, but just saying

edit: lol, I prepared this post before seeing ur edit, good thinking using wadmii

I know, but meanwhile it can be useful

Here's ModMii v4.6.2 Beta 2, it's pretty much the exact same as v4.6.1 except I've added NMM support

You can download\build cBC-NMMv0.1a.wad from download page 1 ("cBC").
It is currently untested (I don't have access to a Wii), but I am very confident that it will work perfectly fine. Just to be extra safe though, I recommend users without bootmii @ boot2 wait until others confirm it is safe to install (hopefully shouldn't take too long).
tested and confirmed working fine

Here's the download link:

And here's a direct download link for anyone who doesn't want to give me some linkbucks

edit: new links for beta2

Mmmh...you give me a good idea!
Wait for v0.6...

RELEASED v0.6!
Now can install NMM on sneek and can build a custom BC!

I have a quick question, will cBC work even with a multiGC Burned disc? I assume it will, but figured i'd get it out of the way.

Thanks for the compiler, the modified BC seems to work fine on my wii. Is it normal that the sounds is broken?

Put "0000000c.app" of MIOSv10 in my folder and rename it "mios.app".
Then copy the "NMM.elf" in the same folder.

When you are ready, press a button to continue.

in this v0.6 .... both are extracted after download ... no need for this step, should be removed ?

kool wad creator too ... 'BC[NMM]-64-v6.wad'
