Nintendo Ware 4 Cat-Dev (Wii U)
This includes sound makers, effect makers, effect viewers, a 3d editor, model editors, and some Cia's that are dev encrypted but have been decrypted and copied to work on retail units have fun :3

Note : Their is two versions of the NW4C, the OLD version uses a different file structure and is a little outdated but hey, more NW4C doesn't hurt anyone, right? ;P
