Hello again :)
So I took a little break the last few months, but it looks like I'm back now :)

I'm very happy to announce, that Mr Mysterio's Mod now supports custom game loader themes. Just create a folder called "CustomGameLoader" inside your Nintendont folder and put some files with the specific GAMEID3 inside. (For example "GZL.png" for Wind Waker). If you wish to display a loading bar simply add an 'X' after the GAMEID3 ("GZLX.png").
MMMod has the following priority: custom game loader theme with bar > custom game loadertheme without bar > NinBackLight.png (with bar) > NinBackDark.png (with bar) > NinBackBars.png (with bar) > NinBackNoBar.png (no bar) > NinBlack.png (no bar) > loaded background (standart nintendont booting text)
I also updated the Mod to v5.483 and merged the testbuild that allows booting with wiiflow mastermod

This means MMMod should now be fully compatible with MasterMod's themes!!
I plan to add a downloading menu in the next few weeks, depends on how motivated I am :P
Therefore I need your help. All the custom game loader themes were stored on gxarena.net which, sadly, is not reachable anymore. If there is somebody out there who could send me all the loader themes he has downloaded so far, I'd be very thankful :)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Jesus, what happened here? This has been inactive for about 4 months now.. and what happened to Nintendont Mastermod? Tried downloading it and using the in-homebrew method of downloading themes and DOLs, but it gave me a -1 error upon connecting.

(nvm this is Wii U hacking and I'm using an original Wii)

Mastermod got discontinued some time ago.
I disabled force https on my website to allow Mastermod access again. But not all themes were stored threre so I don't know what you'll be able to download.
I'll keep https disabled for a few monts after I included a downloading menu so you all have enough time to switch over to MMMod if you wish to.

Hello, it's me again
Uploaded a new version of 5.485 with the following changes:
  • Added a Theme Menu!!
This means you can download all MasterMod themes inside MMMod now. Just enter it in the Updates Menu :)
  • Fixed not correctly loaded loader theme when booting a game from inside nintendont
  • Added a 'space' before the 'MMMod' string
  • Some other changes I don't remember right now
  • Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience ;)
This is probably the biggest update ever made to MMMod. I really hope somebody of you has fun with it!

The next thing to get implemented is a little preview picture in the Theme Menu (just like MasterMod's).
I will use the same files like MasterMod does. Please tell me if this is not ok for you @AbdallahTerro
And again: if there is someone out there who has all the custom game loader screens on his SD card or PC, please send them to me!

And again, there's a new version of MMMod:

  • Added Theme Previews (like MasterMods), so you know what you're downloading. If you ever downloaded the Preview Pack in Mastermod, it's working without any problems in MMMod. Just enable the Preview in Theme Menu. If you haven't downloaded it before: No problem - you can (re)download it in the Theme Menu
  • Fixed wrong text color if no loader theme got applied.
  • Themes are now shown before every game boot. If you want your black screen back, just select the option in Theme Menu.
I hope I didn't forget anything. Have fun with this build :)

thanks for the mod, but i have one issue, at the moment i change any setting (for example memory emulation of off to on), nintendont don't save any change, i boot nintendont directly hombrew channel, i tried too boot it on CFG USB Loader, but i have the same problem. (sorry for my bad english and merry christmas and a happy new year c:)

Ok hmm I dont have this issue...
As far as I can tell, settings get written to your SD card when you boot a game.
Changing the settings and exit nintendont doesn’t work.
Could you try changing the settings and run a game after that?

i tried but nothing is saved, i don't know what happen, with the normal nintendont i don't have that issue

Interesting, i never edited the config nor when or how it gets saved...
I’d say you delete your nincfg.bin file on your SD and hdd if there’s one and try again.
Which release version of the original nintendont and this mod do you use?

r486 is online! :)
Sorry that this took so long...
Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone out there!

I was just wondering if you are still updating your mod with the latest revisions of nintendont? I just recently learned that the gamecube broad band adapter has finally been emulated and I would love to try out that feature using your mod.

Here's the background I use, I think it's perfect, feel free to use if it you like:

Also, I second this request about the new Nintendont update with the broadband adapter being emulated. Had no idea that was coming, but that's freaking awesome. I imagine that means we can play LAN games like Kirby Air Ride and Double Dash online too right? If so, that would be amazing, especially for Air Ride because City Trial is still my jam!

I've already successfully tried out PSO Episode I & II Plus as soon as I found out about this cool new feature, and it works amazingly on Wii U via Wi-Fi connection! Using Schthack private server. Really easy to set up!
