Hacking Nintendon't questions.

Hello,

I've decided to try out Nintendon't, got a few issues and I have a few questions.

SSBM MCE won't work. Did I do something wrong or is it an issue with the latest version?
I had a noticeable amount of delay with SSBM using a PS4 controller, makes a game like SSBM unplayable. Is this normal? Do other controller have the same issue as the DS4?
How to turn DS4 off after being used with nintendon't?
CFG won't give me the option to pick how to boot GC games, is it because I'm using NTFS?
Can't find any info about NTFS or wireless controller support, are they planned?
