Hacking Nintendont Fowarders

I'm sorry if I have already posted something like this.
Is there any fowarders for games that launch using Nintendont?
I've seen DIOS MIOS fowarders and maybe some Devolution ones, but never Nintendont.
Is it possible to do? Also, while were at the topic of Nintendont, where do you place GC IPL files and how do you name them.
