guessing inside those folders the names arent correct do they all are simply named game.iso inside mario strickers for instance? or they are called something like game.iso.iso due to your pc hidden extensions? or you simply never renamed them to game.iso?or there is a folder inside a folder?

if nintendont doesnt detect them is becuase your path is incorrect.USBloader has a diferent path detection than nintendont check your file names and paths.

Good Morning.😊

Your RED shown Games means, these are shrunken Games / ISO´s.

Maybe they are
- simply not working as shrunken Image:
https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Nintendont_Compatibility_List
- not correctly shrunken
- bad Images
- missing something..😢

If your normal Games / ISO´s are working, these RED are the "Bad Guys"
Better you should try normal Games please or better Sources for Shrunken GameCube.

Thank you.😊
So far my I found that sonic riders pal was compressed when I placed it into my hard drive but most of my other games are at the size shown but are in red

1 425 760 KB should be the Size of an Standard uncompressed GameCube ISO File.
Are / was your downloaded Games in the correct .iso Format or was it some like .gcm or .nkit.gcz ?

Thank you.😉

again being compressed or not wont matter to be detected only the name, path and file extension matter.
