In addition, I tried recently to install IOS58-64-v6176.wad. But the installation was unsuccessful

Sorry, but I do not know much about this)

Use NUSD to download the WAD or DOP-Mii/MMM to download/install it directly on the Wii.
If you use DOP-Mii/MMM don't apply any patches.
I downloaded NUSD and launched it on PC. Could you step by step explain what options to choose in NUSD?

If you can, step by step explain how to do it
just go to wii setting and wii system update. you can read wii operation manual for more information ( you must have internet connection for it ) or with your wii game disc above 2010 like wii party or mario party 9 (without internet connection) or with nus downloader, pimp my wii or anything. its better if you see tutorial on youtube. i have a wii 4.3 U and play GC games without any problem on ios 58 only.

Don't use Pimp my Wii, people call it Brick my Wii for a reason.

It has a built in database, so you just need to select the latest IOS58 version from the menu. Update the database first though, so you have the latest info.
Edit: Specifically, Database->Update Database, then Database->IOS->IOS58->Latest Version
