Hardware Nintendo Wii Lan Adapter with SSBB

Im playing brawl, and I get pissed since Playing Wifi with my friends becomes to laggy. Im wondering if i should get the Wii Lan Adapter? Has anyone tried it with brawl? Does it run much smoother then with wifi? Also, Does anyone know where to get one for a cheap price? (excluding ebay) Thanks

frys.com has the airlink ASOHOUSB USB2.0-Ethernet adapter for $12.99. Fry's B&M has it for $4.99 currently. It's an exact clone of the official Nintendo adapter. I have it - works fine.

If you were gonna do that, wouldn't your friend having the LAN adapter as well make it even better?
