Hacking Nintendo WFC re-routing via router?

Does anyone know if (and how) I can re-route connections for WFC to wiimmfi.de using a router or Raspberry Pi, instead of having to patch games on the fly using the HBC? I haven't done either yet, but I certainly favor the router approach if it can be done.

It's not possible without patch, because some https connections must be changed to http.
However, some of the USB loaders can patch a game on loading.

Oh cool. I'm not really familiar with USB loaders. I'll see what I can find. Can you recommend one?
