I just wish that if they're making a home console the specs should be on par with PS5 & Series S/X.

Because while something like the Wii U wasn't a bad console it even had specs so terrible that even the 7 year old Xbox 360 back then could play better.

Not saying it's the only example but I just really want to show that (at least) with their most recent consoles Nintendo is leagues behind of hardware power compared to the competition.
Yes, Nintendo has always been behind the competition, I think they are better known for family friendly games, than powerful, hardcore, constant 60 fps games that the new PS5/Series X is pushing out.
I am sure all Nintendo fans would be hyped if they make a competition worthy console.

I guess yeah. Just to have something as good at least would be nice.

Although I wouldn't say that Nintendo being the platform being for "family friendly games" doesn't really make a good excuse compared to other platform's because even those games can benefit from higher or more stable frame rates.

Also besides while their isn't as much third party support as say Xbox Series S/X or PS5 on Switch there is games like Doom that would probably qualify for a "powerful, hardcore, constant 60 fps games" that should get the treatment, right?

nintendo only release mario games on new release consoles..after that they forget it for like 5years.
hope BOTW still on switch

i doubt that. Nintendo is the only company that only think about money, they never listen to us. I remember past month ago, i want Switch Pro but they give a OLED Switch that same with Switch v2.
