Homebrew nintendo switch won't be able to play game?

Hi,

I was doing a fresh install of the nintendo switch atmosphere homebrew, but once I installed unraveld it asks me to setup a internet connection to be able to play the game. I don't want to get banned. Am I doing something wrong? It didn't ask for a connection on my other switch.

Update: I forgot to tell you that I haven't signed into a nintendo account. So it's just a normal user on the switch!
