I have a Nintendo Switch that has no power. When I use a charging meter, it draws 0.05a, but also sometimes momentarily jumps to 0.07a. Upon testing the capacitor next to the BQ24193 chip (circled in red) , it seems to be shorted. I'm thinking about replacing the chip, but I wanted to get some input before I did so. If someone could help me out, that would be great, thanks!
