Hi
Recently I tried to solder a mod chip to Nintendo switch lite unfortunately after soldering the Nintendo logo was displayed and then the image disappeared now it won't turn on, the capacitor on the 3.3v line is probably burnt I checked it with a multimeter and it has continuity, after turning on the console a voltage of 3.3v appears on this line still no reaction on the screen, but I saw a slight smoke from the capacitor to which I soldered the ribbon from the chip

Are you sure none of the caps between Sp1&2 are bridged? I'd clean it all up with a wick braid and tray again with a new chip. I prefer waveshare tinys, I find them to be the most reliable. Not a fan of Instinct myself. They are better in some ways but.

Yes, the capacitors between sp1 and sp2 are bridged, do I need to desolder and re-solder them?
