If i hold it and turn it left and right in my hands the joycons start to crack, the left one is a bit louder than the right one...
is this normal?

They're all loose like that. I put three pieces of gorilla tape inside both left and right side of my console just hours ago. I cut them wide enough to fit the middle and just a couple of millimeters up the sides. The joycons slide in with a tiny bit more resistance and sit tight without wobble at all. I also soldered a wire for wifi in my new left joycon.
Don't put tape over the locking mechanisms. I put little piece on the top, middle and bottom part on each of the sides of the console. Over the screws. Works superb.

Would you mind posting some pics? I think you would be helping quite a few people... :)

Three pieces of gorilla tape. Gorilla tape is much stronger and quite thick and creates nice pressure. Wow, that picture sucks. Couldn't focus properly. You barely make out the bottom piece too which doesn't really extend more than what you see. I just did a bit of testing and ended up sticking the middle piece all the way to the inner edge and just a little bit up along the side. You can't see it because of the edge on the switch but it was just to create pressure on the sides and not just the top parts you see in the picture. I suck at explaining but you can see what I did. Any infant can do it.

I didn't need to do this either. Mine don't make any kind of plastic noise at all. They sit tight. There's a tiny bit of wobble back and forth but it's minimal. I still decided to try this after reading someone doing it here or on neogaf. It works very well. They sit even tighter is all I can say.

I've had mine for a month and only used it on like four games. The switch locking mechanism has metal on the sides and the joycons hard plastic. Naturally there's going to be a little bit of play. It can't be compared to the 3ds hinge but the joycons aren't locked in place by screws. HENCE FIX.
