They're doing that right now...?

No they aren't. They are banning the public certs used by CDNSP. They aren't instantly superbanning other lesser violations. And for as long as they don't insta superban any and all access violations or cheating violations, CDNSP will continue to work

Did you read the posts that @bundat quoted at you...?

That WAS the context.
You were responding to ME, you quoted ME, and I didn't mention any other "methods" in my post.

Except I didn't even mention that AT ALL.
That wasn't even in this conversation.
You're the one who is bringing this brand new context, when I wasn't even talking about that at all.

If you were talking about something completely different, why did you quote me then?
This just seems like a copout, but w/e. Anyone who can read can see the original context anyway.

Except you did...you mentioned Exshop...And workarounds...so yeah, you did mentioned alternative methods

AFAIK, eXhop doesn't let you download proper nsp's of games you do not own (at least, I understand it doesn't have titlekeys unlike FreeshopNX or CDNSP). It's basically a homebrew version of eShop... imo it's only real use was bypassing the eShop ban, but you still had to buy the game.

There are two kinds of pirates.

1) Poor people/kids/people who can't afford games
They don't hurt consoles because without piracy they wouldn't buy games anyway.

2) Everyone else
They hurt consoles because they could buy games without any problems but instead they decide to be shit and pirate games.

Except it's been proven many times before by many different studies that piracy does NOT affect companies as much as said companies want you to believe. Nor does it hurt consoles all that much. Why? Because pirates are still the minority. There is still a massive majority who actually buy their games
