Homebrew Question Nintendo Switch-Blackscreen after Booting into CFW

I have already written a thread on this topic.
I have the following problem:
After I start my switch (no matter if emuMMC, Sysnand or Stock) I get a black screen after the boot logos appear. Before the Switch crashed, I wanted to do a firmware update via ChojDuijor.
My firmware is Atmosphere. I always boot it via hekate.

I have already tried the following:
-Erase data from the SD card
-Download the latest versions of the data and reboot.
-CFW changed
-Other SD card used


Edit: My SD-Card is formatted in FAT32
