Been very careful so far. Not played any backup for an extended period of time. I had a few errors running specific games in pSNES (running in hekate, not SXOS), cleared logs every time after an error before booting into OFW.

Yes i use different sd card for of gaming , my original eshop account link and i purchase a lot of game from eshop.

@yogaswarap : are you able to play other online games like Mario Kart 8? Because you are still able to connect to eshop...

No, my main account remains linked. Its play log is untouched too. I only go online with that account. If I'm doing anything like LayeredFS or SX OS, I use the unlinked account.

anyways , i tried it this way.
previously i had run homebrew on it (3.0)

some week ago i got my tx os license and applied it to my switch ,ran backups. (and have autorcm installed because i dont want to bother stuffing my switch with foil/jigs jigs on every boot)

then i booted into the OFW to update my games and get the xeno2 jap audio dlc and did all that!

powered off my switch and powered on to the cfw all dandy and forgot to enable airplane mode so i quickly enabled it again haha,
powered back off and then powered back on into OFW tested eshop and no ban !

the only real issue i have with my switch as of now is that it takes 3-5h to fully charge the thing.

just googled about the charging thing, according to someone from gamefaq he states "it says in the manual that it takes like 4-5 hours to fully charge."

Sorry mate but in a week or two you'll be banned, however, the charging time is normal

Its kinda random who will banned (now) but it seems like anybody who went online with something suspicious will be banned.

@BubbaMeYay Other countries have different laws when it comes to hacking consoles and supposedly people from those countries challenged Nintendo's bans and reversed it. Unfortunately, these were people from Europe and the US really doesn't care that much about consumers so I'll be damned surprise if Nintendo goes easy on you. Also since you can access the eShop still, that means only your console is banned and not your account. I guess the rep wants you to be safer than sorry by making a new account (which totally makes sense), but at the least you would need a new console. Lastly, your the first person to actually deserve that like for your hilarious story. Please, continue to provide as many details as possible.

Just a FYI..I'm still not banned, been online for more than a week now on SX OS, still never played an online multiplayer game but been updating games and just online...yesterday bought Hollow Knight to spend my gold coins.

In terms of LayeredFS, the game dump goes over the donor game, and saves under the donor title id folder, as far as extracting the save with checkpoint (and maybe others, I haven't tested this). My guess is this, somehow it's detected that an improper save is under the wrong title id. Luckily I used a dummy account so I hope I'm not banned but if I am I'll be back

Side note, can you check if you are banned if you haven't updated? I'm currently on 4.1.0
