It probably is my fault. I could have done more homework. I sold it on craigslist, and just reformatted the system to sell it.
I guess maybe I'm spoiled. I've never really lost a game. If I have an issue, I just call customer support to the company, and it's resolved for the most part. guess this was the exception.
