Gaming Nintendo Premium Points Not Showing Properly?

I've recently purchased Super Mario 3D World on my Wii U which was part of a deal (£39.99 down to £34.99) which should have given me some premium points of 349 but instead it only showed as 294? Anyone else part of the premium points thing and had this issue?

It takes 24hrs to show up on the website and to accomplish getting all those points racked up it'll cost ya a lot (even more than that).

The points have showed up but the issue I'm having is I paid £34.99 which should appear as 349 points but only show as 294? It's not the first time I've had this issue and I've redeemed 4 different codes so far. It's just a shame as the premium thing finishes as the new year starts, was going to see if I could juice it a little futher.

I bought the Mario Kart 8 DLC Bundle for £11.99 and on Premium Nintendo it shows up as £9-ish, I think they don't count the entire cost due to the rest being VAT.
