Found this on a very popular site today.
Maybe this is it?
It's 99% faked.
Most likely one of those hundred of fake prototypes.
[Edit] wait, the image is, the news announcing an announcement looks possibly legit.
You know the more fake mock-ups I see the more I feel NX is going to fail worse than WiiU...
The render looks harsh and amateurish with those sharp corners; the button and light placement on the center piece is quite un-symmetric and unpleasing to look at. Also, why would they show Wind Waker instead of Breath of the Wild (their main selling point at the moment)? Makes me dubious to think that the image is anything more than a fan mockup.
Nintendo releases a $700 4k 60fps beast that competes with PC, XBox and Playstation and streams your games via console and cloud computing to another Nintendo handheld in the works. It's called Nintendo Xperience...
lol yeah right...
This is a fan made placeholder render. I've seen it online as early as 6 months ago
Ffs, this is a really old fan concept; am I the only one here who has seen this before?
no you aren't, hence my reply.
"Am I the only one..."
No, you never are the only one. Unless you create a way to turn dark matter into gold or something. I've seen this and I bet other members here have seen this also.
Im Glad you all seen this before then!
It like a Wii U gamepad, only worse.
The news is legit but the picture is just a concept.
It looks like a smartphone or tablet taped to a Wii u gamepad with adhesive buttons.
I hope the announcement date part is true.
I am tired of the endless speculation and rumors.
Hype for announcement date!
Put an end to the baseless speculation!
PS: TL;DR the article says they don't know shit about the console but it seems Nintendo will announce it this Friday.
i know it's fake for the fact it is just a redesign of the wii u gamepad....
i don't think it will look like the wii u...
except for gameboy poket->gbc and DS->3ds lines
they had been drastically changing the designs of the consoles...
the wii u was another exception, wii + u ( one of the reasons it failed they make it look like it's a better wii but with a gamepad)
i don't think they will make it look like a wii u at all. it's an entire new name and new way, they want to forget about the wii u and look foward
