Gaming nintendo mario promo
If your Nintendo account is linked to a Googlemail account then it will be sent to the Promotions category as that's where I always see Nintendo emails at. It'd be odd to have a Nintendo email on spam unless it was a nigerian scammer trying to pretend it was part of Nintendo. lol
Edit: Just received an email of Nintendo about the Nintendo Direct but nothing regarding Super Mario Bros. Deluxe for my 2DS (which I linked to my Wii U) though I do recall reading from Feb 13 to Feb 15 or something like that.

I didn't receive mine yet either, but it's still early. Emails get sent out between Feb 13 - Feb 28, so we still got some more to wait.
I received mine today (Googlemail places it at Promotions) going to redeem it on my 2DS later.
But for now I'm going to watch The Internship just because I like those two actors whether the film is bad or horrible.

What are those three consoles linked to or created as?
They'll only send out the codes for 3DS/2DS linked to a Wii U, or a 3DS/2DS with a new Nintendo ID account.
My two daughters and son had new NNIDs, and my 3DS XL was linked to my NNID on our Wii U. My code still hasn't come through, neither have the other two.

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem. -

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
