It should work after a bit, on windows / *nix etc you can clear your DNS cache, and your system will resolve the updated DNS settings. I'm not sure about this situation, I would give your router a restart.

So you were on BT and also unable to use these DNS hax services? and you had to use a proxy setup instead ?
I never clicked on the "Delete Settings" button on the BT page, I will try that now I guess.
But I have just run that LocalDNS on my Windows file server and that seems to be working and blocking the Wii U from updating and accessing the eShop. However I can still connect to the Internet on the Wii U OK and browse loadiine.ovh etc.
