Hello,
Thanks for your interest in the Nintendo 3DS. I can confirm that Netflix members will be able to access their accounts and watch movies and TV shows on their Nintendo 3DS systems at no extra charge. While not all of the details are available yet (including whether or not content will be available in 3D), we do know that if you’re watching a movie using any Netflix-enabled device (like the Wii console), you can pause it, and then continue watching on the Nintendo 3DS at the point where you left off.
It’s important to note that Netflix instant streaming will be a separate download from the Nintendo eShop. When we have additional information, we’ll update our Nintendo 3DS-dedicated website. I’ve provided a direct link below:

Also, at this time, we have no plans to include a built-in messaging (like PictoChate) or a youtube application on the Nintendo 3DS. However, I’ll be sure to document your interest in such a feature and share it with other departments to use as they see fit.
Also, Flipnote Studio is not available on the system as a pre-installed application, nor will users be able to transfer the software from a Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL. I can confirm, however, that Nintendo plans to develop a similar application for the Nintendo 3DS. As soon as we have more details about this application, we will share the information on our website at www.nintendo.com.
In addition, we had hoped to have the short-form video service application available at the launch of the Nintendo eShop. However, we are still in the process of developing this service as we want to be sure that it is polished and ready to go. While a specific date has not yet been determined, I can tell you that in the near future, users will be able to download this free application that will enable them to view specially selected video content, including 3D movie trailers, comedy clips and music videos automatically received using the SpotPass feature. (Please note that this service will be different than the Netflix download, which is scheduled to be available sometime this summer.)
In the meantime, we do have game videos that can be downloaded via the Nintendo eShop (go to Recent Arrivals and select New Software). Be sure to check them out!
When additional information is revealed, we’ll update the details on our Nintendo 3DS-dedicated website. I’ve provided a direct link below:

As for the Nintendo 3DS browser, it does not have Flash, so you will not be able to watch videos online.
