Nintendo DSI problem with startup

Nintendo DSİ, Twilight menu, bought a console, played for two days - and then noticed a problem

If you set the classic Nintendo DSI animation startup screen (with logo, inscriptions) in the settings, then for a second black lines will appear, similar to a glitch, on the entire top screen. But if you set the twilight menu startup screen animation, or without a startup screen at all, then no glitches are observed. Moreover, when I set the usual startup animation, the glitch was first on 1/8 of the screen, then it became 1/4, then 1/2, and now on the entire screen. There are no glitches in games

i saw this video and if you will notice there is for one second dark screen appearance, I have exactly this thing

maybe I'm very overthinking, but for my opinion it isn't normal

That bug (which occurs for like a split second and not a full second) has been left in because not a lot of people have noticed, and the bug only occurs sometimes.
It may still be possible to fix though.

ohhh, thank you, I just wanted to know that it isn't problem with hardware
