Most DS games are designed so that when you use the stylus, you don't need to use the ABXY and L buttons. (If your a lefty, then its the other way around.) Therefore you don't need 3 hands. You can have 1 hand on the classic controller to use the D-Pad and L button, and one hand on the Wii remote. If your not using the stylus, then you can have both hands on the classic controller and let the Wii remote dangle from the wrist strap. But like I said, it isn't even possible yet.

This is how I see it:
You use both the Wiimote and Nunchuck
Z = Left Trigger
C = Right Trigger
A= A Button
B = B Button
1 = X
2 = Y
+= Start
- = Select

As for dual-screens..I don't understand why you need 2 TVs, Just have boxes on top of the other or have them sit side by side. The only problem I see with it is that you need a microphone for some games (Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney is an example) other than that I see no problem in making one.

You couldn't use 2 TV's on top of each other anyway.

There could be many different ways to set up a control scheme. Thats why there is customization on all emulators.

As for a microphone, Wii Speak is coming out, so that could be used.
