Couldn't you just re-download them from the store? And what bout Sudokuhax? How does it act in the transfer tool?

they said in the electronic manual that the rights of the game will be removed
so you can't redownload them

Well.. not if they're just frozen-animation cards like the current AR cards, but i doubt it seeing as there's 3 slots open for actions in the Pokedex 3D AR Viewer.

I managed to get far enough into the eshop to link my club nintendo account, and then see the eshop titles menu, but as soon as I tried to go into the pokedex page I got Errored back out again.

Transfer tool boots up
Transfer to 3DS
Terms and conditions
Send From this system
(3DS select DSi transfer, accept T&C)
(then select Receive from DSi)
Select 3DS name to transfer content to on DSi
(Pick yes on the 3DS)
Full Transfer=>tranfer EVERYTHING (erases 3DS wifi config for DS games, be careful)
Custom Transfer
Select between Wifi config, Photos and recordings, and DSiware
DSiware individually displayed, choose which one
Any updated software is warned to be updated upon transfer
Select yes, transfer, wait, blah blah blah.

Found out a new piece of info! Apparently...


ONLY DSIWARE DOWNLOADED CAN BE TRANSFERRED. Games built into the system (like my Brain Age, Photo Clock, etc.) CAN NOT I repeat CAN NOT be transferred. Sucks for those who have March of the Minis on theirs.

Lol I will be buying Super Mario Land ASAP once I can get it working. I wanna support the shop (even though I have Lameboy) SO THEY KNOW WE WANT MORE GREAT TITLES!!! PLease guys if I see you bitching the next few years "OMG NO GOOD GAMES on 3DS VC" and you haven't bought all the good ones already or prefer emulating, you're an idiot. You gotta support it better this time around... I am positive the Wii VC died because of this ( or it was at least a contributing factor).
