For those of you who keep waiting for an automatic update, please remember it's not automatic. You have to go to the settings and manually start the update.

And now that I've posted something somewhat helpful, I deem myself exempt from testing the update and will therefore sit and let a guinea pig test it for me.

The update itself isn't automatic... But spotpass notifications are. That's why my system is left in sleep mode since yesterday

And for those who are asking me about the NGP. I just want to know the price. I would rather get another PS3 if the price is more than $350. My guess would be $329.99 for wifi only and $369.99 for 3G

Sony better give a good price for the NGP

since it is the NEXT GENERATION portable, it would never be $249.99
Looking at all the features... $249.99 seems even less unlikely.
And it's Sony, which is a company with extreme overpriced products in Singapore at least...

Hence, to play safe, my bet would be at least $329.99.

Anyway...
