Nintendo 3DS specifications unveiled?

IGN claims to have learnt the definitive console specifications from an industry professional who "spoke to them under the condition of anonymity". The specifications of the new DS console iteration are:

CPU: 2x 266MHz ARM11
GPU: 1x PICA200 133MHz GPU by DMP
RAM: 64MB
Video RAM: 4MB
Storage : 1.5GB internal flash memory

To reassure those who would be disappointed by the seemingly low CPU frequencies, IGN states that there are a number of devices being powered by the ARM11, including the Zune HD, a variety of Android smartphones, and prior to the introduction of Apple's A4 processor, the iPhone and iPod touch.
