Works the Nintendo 3ds NTR CFW cheats with the fw 11.8 old 3ds with b9s and luma and how to install the cheats menü excactly here

the NTR menü is opening in the complete game not to the Nintendo 3ds screen than closed

in this video is a new 3ds

luma 9.1 has a cheat menu, BootNTR is useless now

you might have to restart ntr a few times if a plugin don't load
