Hacking Nintendo 3DS folder cleanup after A9LH

So after going through a successful A9LH install and a system transfer from my Old 3ds, there seems to be a lot of extra folders in the Nintendo 3DS folder on my SD card.

I seem to have 5 ID0 folders and I am wondering if it's possible to clean them up. I believe the extra ones are from the Emunand + various formatting, so now that I no longer have an emunand and everything is done are the extra ones still used/needed?

One folder seems to be increasing in size as I install games, so I am assuming that is the one that is being used, with the rest being old remnants. Is it ok to delete the others?

Yes, just keep the largest one and delete the others. Make backups of the old ones just in case tho.

Still. It's a good read and still relevant overall to cleaning the card, even if it wasn't specifically what OP wanted.
