Hardware NIntendo 3DS broken touchscreen

I would just buy a new 3DS, transfer everything to it from the broken one, then try to fix it with a new touch screen from Dealextreme (Assuming you would know how, or be able to).
 
If you feel comfortable in doing the repair yourself, by all means try it. If you don't feel comfortable, sell it on eBay. You'll get a good amount still.
 
117 DOLLARS? DOLLARS? EXCUSE ME, then buy a new one instead, since the repair costs are way too high. Buying a new 3DS would have more pro's
Agreed. You'd save way more money in the long run, since you could sell the broken one for parts ($80-$100, maybe?). Just buy a used one at gamestop. they're like what? $140?
