Hacking Ninjapass media launcher

Hey,
Is the Ninjapass Media Launcher similar to a ezpass... I mean will it make it so i can run Ds games off of my gba flashcart?

If so I sohuld get this so it doesn't stick out of my nds lite

i am especially wondering about the superkey or passcard3 now... will it work with a ez3 1g gba flash cart (I want to know because kicktrading(best site) has some in stock)

and can you play games from the flashcart online with NWC with the superkey or passcard and ez3
