I was thinking of buying one of those retro replica controllers for the PC and use it on my PC that is connected to my PC. Is there a nice ROM frontend (Multi-System preferred, but SNES is my main concern right now) that would include things like Box Art, some game info, etc.

I would like to control the menu with the controller if possible, so anything I can easily navigate with a keyboard sould do fine (xpadder will help with this)

Anyone know of any programs I could use?

hyperspin FE is pretty cool. looks slick as hell if you take the time to add skins and different wheels.
Maximus Arcade 2.0 is also pretty cool but you gotta pay for that one.

those are my two faves, otherwise mamewah does a good job but it's a little old. there's also GameEX that looks pretty cool .

IIRC there is something like this available for XMBC (which has a Windows version). I'll try and find the details on it...From memory, it was quite nice looking.

EDIT: See here: http://lifehacker.com/5523672/turn-your-xb...eo-game-console
Perhaps a little bit of overkill JUST for a ROM frontend, but it does look quite nice.

Oh fantastic, I was using XMBC on it anyway, this is pretty much exactly what I want.

I will check out the other suggested programs to see if they add anything this didn't.
